Membership and Compliance Coordinator

This role is a key role within the team and will work closely with the whole team to process Membership applications and ensure processes are followed to ensure high levels of customer service. This role will lead the re-design and implementation of our membership on-boarding processes and alignment with industry best practice standards such as TrustMark.

This requires high levels of organisation and will involve regular liaison with the coordinators of the works to ensure that any poor quality is fed back into the membership screening process. This role will suit someone who is confident with dealing with members at all levels and who can demonstrate experience of organising a number of small tasks/projects at once. There is a large amount of juggling within this role and someone who works well under pressure and is able to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently will excel in this role.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the key duties & responsibilities are:

  1. To be the driving force for our best-in-class membership To help promote membership to future members, to be the first point of contact for membership inquiries.
  2. To handle the processing of on-boarding for all new members.
  3. To implement and manage a Membership CRM system for recording the ongoing performance requirements of Members and manage the time-expiry of competencies of individuals.
  4. Be the first point of contact for our external reviewers such as TrustMark and to be ready for external audits as required.
  5. Undertake outbound communication either via email or telephone as necessary to resolve queries; keep relevant parties informed of the status of individual memberships.

The Operations Assistant will support the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality service to customers, whilst adhering to all internal, contractual and regulatory rules and guidance. They will support the growth of the RetrofitWorks cooperative by working with future and current Members

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key duties & responsibilities are:

  1. Manage the process of customer liaison for the activities assigned to the Head Office, but also to maintain 100% visibility on the work being carried out by our field staff and Members.
