All members of RetrofitWorks and its staff are required to abide by a Code of Practice, which is a set of specific behaviours, responsibilities, and commitments, which a member must abide by in order to remain as a member of the organisation.
Shareholders of RetrofitWorks are in essence the same as a shareholder in any other corporate body. If RetrofitWorks does not succeed as an organisation, shareholders may not have all, or any of their investment returned to them. However, members’ liability does not extend beyond their own investment. The investment is withdrawable without penalty at the discretion of the Board, which may not approve repayments in some circumstances. If you have any queries regarding the Code, please address them to The Secretary at the address below.

Rules of RetrofitWorks
RetrofitWorks Primary Membership ‘Rules’ set down the core functions of the Cooperative and how it manage itself. These rules were developed on incorporation of RetrofitWorks on the 29th July 2013.
They describe at a very high level what the cooperative is going to do, by whom and in what way. They apply to all members of the cooperative and describe the organisation structure, member voting rights, use of the company logo, working with the Media, and other core organisation governance details.
