Russell is a chartered civil engineer with years of experience of retrofit, and is the founder of RetrofitWorks.
He has run a number of large scale retrofit programmes – most recently the £4.5m Warmer Homes programme on behalf of the Mayor of London, and is involved in a 250 heat pump roll-out for OVO energy. As MD of Parity Projects he has worked with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority to build a model of their 1.5m homes, and a national retrofit model to support plans for a National Retrofit Programme for the Construction Leadership Council.

Cosy Homes Oxfordshire Scheme Manager
A skilled construction and project manager with over 25 years of international experience, Geordie is passionate about sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in the built environment. He is a trained Retrofit Coordinator and manages the Cosy Homes Oxfordshire team based in Charlbury, Oxfordshire.
Geordie gained a distinction in his MSc in Architecture and Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies at the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) and the University of East London.
Client Support Coordinator for Cosy Homes Oxfordshire
Arantxa is the key point of contact for new customers and existing customers up to the point of retrofit work starting on your home. She will be coordinating and guiding you through the process and supporting any queries you may have in Oxfordshire.
An experienced administrator, Arantxa has previously worked in customer services for the hospitality, design and Innovation sectors. She is based in our Charlbury office and is enjoying supporting the team and developing her knowledge of retrofit.
Membership Development Manager
Michael is responsible for building up and supporting our membership network of trusted contractors, installers and architects to provide a quality whole house retrofit service.
He has extensive understanding of the built environment, the use of sustainable materials and renewable energy systems and is passionate about helping companies create a healthy low energy and low carbon building envelope, reducing the risk of unintended consequences.
Membership Development Coordinator
Charlotte is responsible for engaging with individuals and businesses who are interested in joining RetrofitWorks, guiding prospective members through our onboarding process and helping develop new membership processes. She is a qualified Retrofit Coordinator and Energy Assessor. She has a Msc in Sustainable Urbanism from UCL.
Retrofit Project Manager for Eastern New Energy Project – Cambridgeshire
Warren helps building relationships with current and prospective local Retrofit Members in order to manage a successful project up while overseeing the maintenance of all relevant systems and databases.
As we move out of the pandemic Warren feels that RetrofitWorks model offers a fantastic model to stimulate a green recovery and provide opportunities for retraining some of those made redundant.
Ecofurb Retrofit Coordinator
Ben has been working with sustainability issues for over ten years. Building a cabin in Sweden Ben tried to create a building with a low embodied energy that created a low impact living lifestyle and kickstarted a passion for the built environment.
Since then Ben has worked on UK sites building, renovating and retrofitting homes. He has a post graduate diploma in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT).
Natalie handles communication and coordination within teams and the main RetrofitWorks office, and it will likely be her American accent you hear when you call reception.
Natalie has previously managed projects, coordinating with architects and contractors in home renovation, as well as managing an interior design firm in the United States.
Della handles the day to day management of all accounts related for each of the RetrofitWorks schemes.
Della’s hope is for more treatments for cancer patients. Early detection saves lives!
Pablo helps to maintain and improve systems within RetrofitWorks, as well as providing technical support and advice to IT users.
Pablo helps support RetrofitWorks as we keep researching new materials, processes, techniques, and modern environmental technology devices, to help our homes become more self sustained and energy efficient, conserve our natural resources, and reduce carbon emissions.
Digital Marketing Assistant
Natasha is responsible for assisting with delivery of marketing across several schemes, including handling websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Natasha has completed a level 3 digital marketing apprenticeship with Creative Process Digital in which she received a distinction.
