A skilled construction and project manager with over 25 years of international experience, Geordie is passionate about sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in the built environment. He is a trained Retrofit Coordinator and manages the Cosy Homes Oxfordshire team based in Charlbury, Oxfordshire.

Geordie gained a distinction in his MSc in Architecture and Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies at the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) and the University of East London.

Arantxa Mathias

Client Support Coordinator for Cosy Homes Oxfordshire

Arantxa is the key point of contact for new customers and existing customers up to the point of retrofit work starting on your home. She will be coordinating and guiding you through the process and supporting any queries you may have in Oxfordshire.

An experienced administrator, Arantxa has previously worked in customer services for the hospitality, design and Innovation sectors. She is based in our Charlbury office and is enjoying supporting the team and developing her knowledge of retrofit.

Cath Geoghegan

Redbridge & Warmer Sussex Scheme Manager

Cath is responsible for delivering the Warmer Sussex service – working with the Warmer Sussex and RetrofitWorks teams, and the members of our Cooperative who provide expertise and deliver retrofits to our clients across Sussex.

Previously, Cath developed and delivered Affordable Warmth projects for local authorities across West Sussex and in 2014 completed her MSc (Dist) in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies at the Centre for Alternative Technology.

Ian Preston

Ecofurb Coordinator

Ian is a retrofit coordinator working on the Ecofurb scheme across Greater London who also helps train our teams of retrofit coordinators.

His qualifications include an MSc in Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT), Certified Passivhaus Designer, several BREEAM domestic and non-domestic schemes, and Domestic Energy Assessor.

Ben Owen

Ecofurb Coordinator

Ben has been working with sustainability issues for over ten years. Building a cabin in Sweden Ben tried to create a building with a low embodied energy that created a low impact living lifestyle and kickstarted a passion for the built environment.

Since then Ben has worked on UK sites building, renovating and retrofitting homes. He has a post graduate diploma in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT).

Lisa Pasquale

Technical Lead

Lisa is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of RetrofitWorks technical offering for domestic retrofits.
She’s a trained Architect and chartered CIBSE engineer, with over 10 years experience in low-energy construction and building performance. She won the UKGBC Rising Star award for her work on de-risking large-scale domestic retrofits, which later became part of the national standard of domestic retrofit, PAS2035.

Natalie Ferraro

Natalie handles the internal operations of the RetrofitWorks office including finance, and it will likely be her American accent you hear when you call reception. She has previously managed an interior design firm and home renovation projects in the United States.

Natalie is passionate about our beautiful planet and retrofitting our homes for a better future.

Pablo Ros

IT Administrator

Pablo helps to maintain and improve systems within RetrofitWorks, as well as providing technical support and advice to IT users.

Pablo helps support RetrofitWorks as we keep researching new materials, processes, techniques, and modern environmental technology devices, to help our homes become more self sustained and energy efficient, conserve our natural resources, and reduce carbon emissions.

Michael Davies

East Sussex Warmer Homes Check Consultant

Michael has worked in a variety of roles across the environmental sector over the past decade including in clean air, circular economy, public engagement and, most recently, fuel poverty.

Michael is a passionate advocate for the need for drastic action to tackle the climate emergency. In his spare time, Michael is Chair of his local amdram group and is on the green committee at his local hospice.
