The RetrofitWorks Board stands for election at each Annual General Meeting in accordance wth our cooperative Rules.  They hold the Executive Team to account and input to strategic decisions.

Russell founded Parity Projects in 2005 whilst carrying out his own deep eco-renovation – work which inspired the later development of the award-winning Home Energy Masterplan and CROHM stock assessment advice services.
Parity Projects is a founder Advocate Member of RetrofitWorks.
Russell is a trainer for the The Retrofit Academy. Russell is the Founder of RetrofitWorks and continues to develop business opportunities for its members as the Managing Director of RetrofitWorks.

Kayla has spent her career in developing opportunities and driving market models to tackle sustainable development in many specialist areas.
She is founder of BHESCo, a community energy co-operative accelerating the transition from fossil fuels in our energy supply by developing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects using our innovative a pay as you save model.
BHESCo is a founding member of Community Energy South and is an Advocate Member of RetrofitWorks.

Muhammad is a Director of IZ Energy Ltd., a PAS2030 certified installer company which he founded in December 2013. He is Co-founder member of Lahore Institute of Research and Development(non-profit organisation). LIRD conducts high quality research in the fields of mental health and intellectual disability.

Being an active Practitioner Member of RetrofitWorks, Muhammad would like to see RetrofitWorks grow as most trustworthy and primary option for funding agencies and communities to work with.

Brian Smith

Brian has spent his career at the sharp end of the home improvement sector, latterly supporting industry bodies in shaping the way they are governed and the way they can provide leadership to delivery companies and ultimately to improve customer service.

He is a Non-Exec Director of the National Home Improvement Council, a past non-Exec Director of FENSA, and was Director of Home Improvement at the Glass and Glazing Federation.
