We need someone with a Quantity Surveying background that shares our passion for improving the existing housing stock of the UK, who will take responsibility for all of the commercial aspects of the schemes that we are operating. This person will oversee the pricing frameworks of our contractor members and the day-to-day implementation of commercial agreements with householders and the larger advocates we work with such as Local Authorities, Energy Retail Companies, Social Landlords etc.

The Scheme Manager will initially report directly to the Managing Director in designing and implementing an energy efficiency a hope retrofit programme centred on Cambridge but open to the wider region. We are seeking a Team Coordinator to help our various internal functions work effectively together towards the successful delivery of our renovation programmes.  The role will involve working with and supporting the Managing Director (MD) to help to focus all staff around the business objectives, understand their needs to help them to prioritise tasks.  We expect this role to be a fast track to senior management and as such we are looking for someone with some experience in a similar role elsewhere.
