Benefits of joining Retrofitworks

Whether you’re an architect, engineer, energy consultant, or project manager, your skills are crucial in designing and implementing successful retrofit projects. As a Professional Services Member, you benefit from:

Based on your works contract with the client our Retrofit Coordinators sign off every stage or measure of each project, which will enable your agreed payment schedules to be on track. An Escrow service can also be arranged for additional security.

The likelihood of landing your next job is much greater with Retrofitworks compared to battling through a competitive tender against low quality competitors. Your potential customers will have already been educated about retrofit and have bought into the Retrofitworks process.

Installers and Professionals need the right qualifications and competencies to complete each job to the highest standards, and Retrofitworks will help you achieve that. We provide a CPD programme, technical forums and linked training courses to help upskill your team and equip your business.

Our Whole House Retrofit Plan follows a comprehensive Energy Assessment and identities each improvement, measure, or works. In turn, we will create a pre-agreed technical document – the Building Performance Requirements (BPR) – to provide you with all the information required for your quotation.

Retrofitworks is one of the most respected brands for domestic retrofit in the UK. As a not-for-profit organisation clients can expect fair and impartial advice. Our partnership with TrustMark and the Federation of Master Builders ensure that your reputation and credibility are well supported.

Your expertise is key to a successful project delivery. Retrofitworks covers initial assessments and advice so you don’t need to waste your valuable time on multiple site visits beforehand. The Retrofitworks process means you have a tailored plan for each project allowing you to focus on your core business.
