The service starts with a thorough survey of your home, which we will model, to break down where energy is currently being used and analyse the costs and savings associated with a wide range of potential improvements. We will produce a recommendations report known as a Whole House Plan – a medium-term plan for your home that sets out which measures to install, in what order. We can then write a specification for your works.
We will get quotes for your works from our network of trusted, vetted contractors and installers of energy-efficiency measures and then one of our Retrofit Coordinators will oversee and sign off the works.

Detailed guidance for installers
A Retrofit Coordinator prepares technical specifications so vetted installers can quote accurately for the measures you want. Costs vary depending on the chosen upgrades.

- Installation & Oversight
Trusted contractors, coordinated works
Our vetted network of contractors carries out the installations, with your Retrofit Coordinator overseeing and signing off the work for quality and compliance.
