We are very excited to launch our new animation ‘The RetrofitWorks Model’ which features on our home page.  The RetrofitWorks approach is an inclusive commercial model, seeking to bring together a wide range of industry actors that are not able to fully engage with the transformation of the UK’s housing stock. If we are to renovate all 27m homes (and we must to hit our targets to mitigate against man-made climate change), we have to bring everyone into the team and enable them to do what they are best at; contractors, designers, surveyors, engineers, charities, councils, landlords, religious groups – they all have a stake in our future and in shaping our homes.

The new animation has been created to show how each of these organisations can work together within the RetrofitWorks framework, to maximise their own potential to drive change without being beholden to a ‘top-down’ approach to change. We had a lot of fun producing it and we are very grateful for the team at Woven Ink for producing it.
