We provide an end-to-end home retrofit service for homeowners in Greater London who are funding their own improvements. Our Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators have been helping homeowners refurbish their homes since 2020.

The service starts with a thorough survey of your home, which we will model, to break down where energy is currently being used and analyse the costs and savings associated with a wide range of potential improvements. We will produce a recommendations report known as a Whole House Plan – a medium-term plan for your home that sets out which measures to install, in what order. We can then write a specification for your works.

From summer 2025 we will get quotes for your works from our network of trusted, vetted contractors and installers of energy-efficiency measures and then one of our Retrofit Coordinators will oversee and sign off the works.
