Warmer Homes, for the Greater London Authority

This was initially a £2.5m grant scheme that was augmented to £4.6m following its ongoing success.

Up to £4,000 worth of home improvements were available per eligible household in any London Borough.  A range of appropriate measures were installed to improve energy performance and internal living conditions, particularly air quality.

All surveys and installations were managed by RetrofitWorks, with Retrofit Coordinators leading on judging suitability of measures for each home and the successful implementation.

Additional funds per household were also accessed through ECO funding.

The scheme is currently closed.
